Gilles Richard

Gilles Richard is a Senior director for Research and Development at Septodont in charge of developing new products for dental professionals. Based in France, Gilles’s everyday work consists in turning scientific and technological concepts into efficient therapeutic products. His objective is to bring innovative treatments from the lab to the dental office in order to provide safe and efficient dental products used in dental practices worldwide. His research interests cover pain management, bioactive materials and regenerative dentistry. With a background of Engineer in Chemistry and Physics and a PhD in Polymer Science, Gilles started in the ophthalmic industry before joining the dental community. For more than 20 years, Gilles has been  addressing dental clinical needs through innovative therapeutic solutions.
