Teresa Arias Moliz currently works as an Associate Professor in the Department of Microbiology (Dentistry and Medicine Division) at the Faculty of Dentistry, University of Granada (UGR), Spain. She graduated from the University of Granada, where she also completed her PhD. Afterwards, she earned a master’s degree in microbiology and later joined the Department of Microbiology at the University of Granada as a faculty member. She actively collaborates with the postgraduate program in Endodontics at the UGR. Her primary research interests focus on endodontic microbiology and root canal irrigation. She has published over 60 peer-reviewed international papers and contributed to several book chapters. Additionally, she has presented her work at national and international conferences as invited speaker. Professor Arias Moliz has served as the principal investigator for various national and international research grants. She is an Associate Editor for microbiology and irrigation studies of the International Endodontic Journal.
